Transformational Coaching
My work is to guide you to re-connect with your essence and to feel empowered to create the life you want. Together we work towards your aspirations and embodying your inner power to achieve them. My approach is to safely and compassionately challenge you with questions to go deep within, listen to the wisdom of your body, and think outside the box. We work to uncover and let go of limiting beliefs, achieve inner peace and cultivate presence, so that you can re-connect with your true self to create your most authentic and joyful life.
Compassionate Inquiry-informed Therapeutic Sessions
Compassionate Inquiry is a trauma-informed somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate that is designed to help people heal from trauma, unhealthy patterns, and shift limiting beliefs to experience deep healing and transformation. Compassionate Inquiry therapy can have a profound impact on one’s health as the approach works with mind and body unity to uncover and transform the root cause of the issue and shift how we experience various challenging situations, ourselves, and overall life. In our Compassionate Inquiry sessions you can expect a safe space with my full presence and attunement to explore with you any mental or emotional unease. Through exploration of narratives, emotions, sensations, breathing patterns, and other messages from the body and the mind I guide you to your implicit memories, hidden belief patterns, and tendencies and we work with both the body and the mind to transform pain, perceptions, limiting beliefs, and cultivate safety and compassion within. The intention is to liberate ourselves from the attachments of the past, be more present to the now, and ultimately feel lighter, calmer, re-connected with your self, and more joyful and open to life.
Breathwork Therapy
How we breathe determines how we live. In our breathowork sessions you learn how to use your breath as your inner medicine. Breathwork can be transformative physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Breathwork sessions involve consciously manipulating the breath through conscious connected breathwork and other breathing techniques as a psychoemotional therapeutic practice and an opportunity to deeply explore how the body holds a person’s historical stresses and traumas that often lead to psychological, emotional, and physical discomfort or disease. Breathwork is a direct highway to the body’s autonomic nervous system, and a bridge between the body and the mind. Breathwork therapy is beneficial for regulating the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, oxygenating the blood and detoxifying the body, deepening emotional self-awareness, improving mental clarity and focus, healing of chronic pain, strengthening the immune system, re-connecting with the body to understand the body wisdom/signals, elevating energy levels, releasing old stressors and trauma from the body and mind to allow for healing and transformation, moving through challenges and transitions in life with more ease and calm.
Energy Healing
Through Usui Reiki and intuitive energy practice and guidance we work towards clearing your energetic system for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that aids in clearing the body’s energy system.
