Explore our own natural breath, and learn how we can optimize our breathing
Play with and learn different breathing techniques that can help us regulate our nervous system when we experience emotional, mental, and/or physical discomfort
Learn some science behind the importance of how we breathe and the impact on our overall well-being
Receive a guided meditation to practice re-connecting with our bodies and understanding the language of the body
Leave with greater awareness and understanding about your own breathing and the power of breath, and with some useful tools you can use in your daily life to improve your well-being.
